The cost of the cleaning service is calculated based on hours of work. Depending on the type of cleaning you need, we specify an hourly rate. The price includes professional cleaning products and the corresponding professional cleaning equipment to ensure the success of the cleaning. We provide personalized quotes to meet your needs and ensure you get the best service at the best price.
We offer daily, fortnightly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services. We adapt to the frequency that best suits your needs to keep your space always clean and tidy.
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made on the same day of the service are subject to a fee of 100% of the service cost.
You do not need to be home during the cleaning service. You can coordinate with us to provide access to your home or office and ensure that our cleaners can perform their work without any inconvenience.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, contact us immediately, and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue and ensure you are happy with the result.
We recommend scheduling the cleaning service at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we strive to be flexible and accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
